You'll negotiate and draft customer-facing SaaS agreements for an AI-powered revenue platform. Your work will directly enable deal velocity while protecting customer trust. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI privacy and regulation issues.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements (MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, Order Forms)
• Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, and internal stakeholders to resolve contracting issues
• Ensure contract compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
• Identify and implement improvements to contract workflows and templates

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of legal experience with at least 1-2 years in commercial SaaS agreements
• Direct experience negotiating customer-facing agreements (MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, Order Forms)
• Working knowledge of data privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA)
• Active member of the bar in at least one U.S. state

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ironclad, Salesforce, or Docusign
• Interest in AI privacy and the EU AI Act
