• Identify, reach out to, and convert prospects into clients
• Consult on insurance needs and recommend coverage
• Sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
• Meet and surpass individual sales goals

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred
• Organizational and time management abilities
