Description

You will lead the bid lifecycle for ChargePoint in Europe, driving process improvements and cross-functional collaboration to maximize win rates. You'll develop bid content, manage timelines, and analyze performance metrics to continuously refine strategies.

Requirements

• 5-8 years experience managing complex bids in SaaS, Tech, or consulting
• Experience in Electric Mobility sector is a plus
• APMP Practitioner certification preferable
• Strong understanding of European procurement processes
• Professional fluency in English and French

Responsibilities

• Lead bid qualification process including bid/no-bid analysis
• Collaborate with Commercial, Engineering, Product, Legal, and Operations teams
• Establish bid timelines and coordinate review meetings
• Monitor bid performance metrics and conduct post-bid analysis
• Continuously improve bid processes, templates, and tools
