💼 About This Role

You'll manage the full lifecycle of hardware assets and coordinate vendor repairs for a GPU cloud infrastructure provider. You'll ensure 100% inventory accuracy through audits and real-time system updates. This role serves as the logistical backbone for scaling AI compute operations across multiple data centers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain precision inventory of critical spares like SFPs and drives
• Update DCIM and ERP systems in real-time as assets move
• Conduct weekly and monthly physical audits for 100% accuracy
• Initiate and track RMAs with vendors like Dell and Cisco

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in inventory management or logistics in high-tech environment
• Strong understanding of shipping/receiving and RMA workflows
• Ability to identify IT components like CPUs, DIMMs, SFP types
• Proficiency with inventory software and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GPU infrastructure or HPC clusters
• Direct experience with Dell TechDirect or HPE Support Center
• Knowledge of NIST 800-88 data destruction standards
