  • Experience in sales or customer service (advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales and customer success from first consultation to long-term support
  • Advise parents and students on learning solutions and match with suitable tutors
  • Close deals and sign contracts for tutoring packages
  • Build client relationships to strengthen loyalty and optimize learning experience
  • Drive upsells and referrals to increase sales
