Description

As a night shift LPN with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for pediatric and adult clients in their homes. You'll perform assessments, execute doctors' orders, and document care while building meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current LPN license in good standing in Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 hands-on care to one client per shift
• Follow up on and execute doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Travel to client home near you
