You'll execute high-volume outbound prospecting to generate qualified sales opportunities for a fast-scaling AI-powered sales organization. You'll identify, engage, and qualify key decision-makers across retail and multi-location industries in a fully remote, performance-driven environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn.
  • Identify, research, and map target accounts in retail/multi-location segments.
  • Engage and qualify leads through discovery conversations.
  • Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives with CRM documentation.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1โ€“2 years of Sales Development or outbound sales experience in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and meeting targets.
  • Strong cold outreach experience engaging senior decision-makers.
  • Comfortable with 60+ calls per day and resilience to rejection.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in retail tech, loss prevention, or high-growth startup environments.
  • Exposure to US retail markets.
  • Willingness to travel internationally 4โ€“5 times per year.
