You'll execute high-volume outbound prospecting to generate qualified sales opportunities for a fast-scaling AI-powered sales organization. You'll identify, engage, and qualify key decision-makers across retail and multi-location industries in a fully remote, performance-driven environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn.
- Identify, research, and map target accounts in retail/multi-location segments.
- Engage and qualify leads through discovery conversations.
- Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives with CRM documentation.
๐ Requirements
- 1โ2 years of Sales Development or outbound sales experience in SaaS.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and meeting targets.
- Strong cold outreach experience engaging senior decision-makers.
- Comfortable with 60+ calls per day and resilience to rejection.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in retail tech, loss prevention, or high-growth startup environments.
- Exposure to US retail markets.
- Willingness to travel internationally 4โ5 times per year.
