You'll be the founding XDR to build the top of the funnel for a new vertical from scratch. Partnering with senior leadership, you'll shape messaging, test channels, and drive pipeline for hypergrowth.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Serve as initial point of contact for prospects in a new vertical
  • Use email, phone, and creative channels for outbound outreach
  • Build and iterate outbound playbook from scratch
  • Track sales activity using Salesforce and other tools
  • Overcome objections and pitch value proposition

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of XDR/BDR/SDR experience in high-growth startup
  • Experience launching outbound into a new vertical or market
  • Strong cold-calling chops (SMB experience a plus)
  • Comfort operating without a playbook and building from scratch

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience building founding sales motion at early-stage company
  • Experience with marketplace models or healthcare/dental
  • Love of blitz growth environments
