💼 About This Role

You'll join Elk Valley Resources' HR team to support innovative campus attraction programs and nationwide recruitment. You'll participate in full-cycle recruitment and help improve student engagement. This co-op offers mentorship and firsthand experience in a global mining operation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support campus attraction programs virtually and on-campus.
• Participate in full-cycle recruitment for co-op and summer positions.
• Manage onboarding processes in SAP.
• Coordinate student-focused events as part of Student Committee.

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Human Resources.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with HR programs/software is an asset.
