💼 About This Role

You'll process FOIA requests and perform legal review and document redaction for a large federal agency. Your work will support litigation and FOIA compliance in a mission-critical environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct searches and analyze result sets for responsiveness
• Redact and code responsive documents for privilege or FOIA exemptions
• Perform legal research and draft legal documents

📋 Requirements

• Paralegal certificate, JD, or at least one year of ABA-accredited law school
• One year of litigation paralegal experience
• Experience with Nuix Investigate, Relativity, or similar eDiscovery tools
• Experience processing FOIA requests and applying exemptions

✨ Nice to Have

• Two years using Nuix Investigate for document review
• Two years processing FOIA requests for federal agencies
• Fluency in FOIA statutory and regulatory guidelines
