💼 About This Role

You'll build and deploy AI-enabled solutions for HR at IMA Financial Group, working at the intersection of workforce strategy and applied AI. Your prototype tools will improve manager and HR productivity and free up capacity for strategic work. This is a full-time summer fellowship with direct access to senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build working HR AI prototypes using Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
• Identify manual HR processes and redesign workflows with AI.
• Support People Analytics in generating workforce insights and dashboards.
• Rapidly test ideas using a build-test-learn-iterate approach.

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student.
• Strong curiosity about AI and its business applications.
• Experience using AI tools (LLMs, automation, or analytics tools).
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

✨ Nice to Have

• Data analysis experience (Python, SQL, Excel).
• Prompt engineering or LLM workflow experience.
• Interest in HR or workforce strategy.
