💼 About This Role

You'll conduct individualized skill and behavior assessments and develop customized treatment plans for children with autism. You'll provide parent coaching and ongoing professional development to RBTs, ensuring evidence-based interventions and data-driven progress tracking. Your work will be part of a multi-disciplinary team committed to play-filled, research-based care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct individualized skill and behavior assessments using VB-MAPP, Vineland, and other tools
• Develop and oversee customized treatment plans for each child
• Provide parent coaching to support child development
• Deliver ongoing professional development to Registered Behavior Technicians

📋 Requirements

• BCBA certification (Required)
• Ability to pass a background check (Required)
• Experience working with kids with autism or other developmental delays using ABA
