Description

You will oversee food safety and quality execution across multiple sites, lead a team of managers, develop strategic FSQA plans, and ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and SQF standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Food Science, Biology or related field
• 10+ years food industry experience
• 5+ years leadership in food manufacturing/processing facility
• Organizational oversight with large site or multi-site business
• Extensive knowledge of FSQA programs including HACCP, Sanitation, and applicable certifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve food safety and quality objectives
• Develop Quality Assurance and Compliance strategy to meet regulatory requirements
• Lead and motivate a team of Sr. QA Managers and QA managers across multiple facilities
• Ensure site adherence to HACCP plans and company FSQA requirements
• Direct development and implementation of corporate Food Safety and Quality Assurance plans
