As a Retail Ambassador at Allbirds, you will bring the brand to life by delivering exceptional in-store experiences, building customer relationships, and sharing your passion for sustainability. You'll contribute to sales goals, maintain store appearance, and support team operations in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years experience in retail, direct customer sales and service, or hospitality, preferred
• Excellent communication skills and good judgment
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize
• Basic understanding of retail math
• Familiarity with POS systems and ability to learn new technical sales tools quickly
• Ability to work flexible hours including opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Passionate about providing great customer experience
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods
• Able to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry products
• Able to perform store maintenance (sweep, vacuum, empty trash, clean, dust)
• Use of iPads, computers, POS devices
• Able to safely lift boxes up to 30 pounds
• Comfortable climbing ladders
