Description

You will manage the accounting and financial aspects of Similarweb's HQ parent company and subsidiaries, leading month-end and quarter-end closing processes, annual 20-F filings, audits, tax returns, and internal controls. This role plays a key part in the controllership team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with US-GAAP.

Requirements

• Experience in 2 high-tech companies, preferably SaaS
• CPA with Big 4 firm experience
• Experience managing direct reports
• Native-level English
• Strong knowledge of US-GAAP

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process for global subsidiaries and parent company
• Lead annual 20-F filing and other relevant SEC filings
• Manage a team of direct reports
• Support audit process with auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audit
• Prepare annual tax returns and statutory reporting
