Description

You will develop tools, methods, and frameworks supporting Celonis' strategic objectives, analyze business metrics, and conduct ROI analysis to quantify the benefits of Celonis solutions. You'll also roll out best practices globally and help kick-start new sales regions.

Requirements

• Student of business administration, communication science, psychology, economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, or comparable program
• Strong communication skills and interest in interacting with customers
• Fluent in English (any additional language is a plus)
• Knowledge in SQL and Python or related database query languages
• Availability from April 2026 for minimum 5 months (full-time)

Responsibilities

• Develop new tools, methods, and frameworks that support Celonis' core strategic objectives
• Analyze key business metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Surface, formalize, and roll out pre-sales, value-selling and -realization best practices globally
• Conduct ROI analysis and develop business cases to quantify potential benefits of Celonis solutions
• Interface between GTM functions and Product Engineering to source best practices and identify gaps
