You'll design event tracking and enforce data governance to enable confident decision-making at scale. This role bridges Marketing, Product, and Data, with opportunities to build AI-driven automation for data quality and insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design event tracking architecture across web, app, and backend.
• Manage end-to-end data flow across RudderStack, Amplitude, and Iterable.
• Establish data governance with validation, monitoring, and alerting.
• Partner with Marketing and CRM to enable campaigns and experimentation.

📋 Requirements

• SQL skills for large datasets and business analysis.
• Martech ecosystem experience with CDPs and analytics platforms.
• Event-driven data model expertise for tracking implementations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with RudderStack, Amplitude, or Iterable.
• Knowledge of lifecycle marketing and experimentation frameworks.
• Familiarity with intelligent agents or automation for data validation.
