Description

You will drive business transformation on SaaS and digital platforms, leading discovery workshops, shaping requirements into Agile user stories, and leveraging Generative AI and automation to reimagine processes. You'll act as the bridge between business and technology, delivering measurable business value across the full project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of Business Analyst / Consulting experience in SaaS or enterprise application transformations
• Proven experience in Agile delivery (Scrum, SAFe, hybrid Agile)
• Strong consulting toolkit: stakeholder management, problem structuring, business case development
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
• Passion for AI, automation, and customer/employee experience redesign

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to identify pain points and map user journeys
• Shape requirements into Agile user stories and product backlogs
• Leverage Generative AI and automation to reimagine processes
• Drive projects through full lifecycle: Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Implementation, Adoption
• Contribute to business process re-engineering and operating model redesign
