You'll work at the intersection of Sales, Product and Customer Success, aligning growth objectives with 360Learning's capabilities for top organizations. You'll become an internal expert in our technology and bridge the gap between product development and market needs, driving Enterprise business expansion in North America.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Master product value proposition and shadow sales meetings
- Collaborate with sales to understand customer requirements
- Configure demo environments for presentations
- Act as trusted advisor to prospective customers
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in Pre-Sales, Engagement Management, or LMS implementation
- Experience at a SaaS B2B company
- Strong knowledge of SSO, CRM, ERP or HRIS
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- LMS experience
- Experience in learning and development
