💼 About This Role

You'll lead the system design and implementation of a fully automated warehouse for a top industry player, from conceptual planning to launch. You'll drive the integration of robots, AGVs, and WES to redefine logistics models.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define requirements and conceptual design for logistics flow and automation
• Design integrated systems including robots, AGVs, WES, and peripheral equipment
• Manage project planning, engineering, and stakeholder coordination
• Oversee quality, progress, risk, and launch support

📋 Requirements

• System engineering experience from requirements to implementation in logistics/FA/material handling/automation
• Project management experience involving multiple stakeholders (customers, vendors, contractors, internal engineers)
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (reading, writing, conversation)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing, introducing, and tuning automation systems with robots or AGV/AMR
• Experience with WMS/WES/MES integration
• Experience in new product or business launch phases
