Description
In this role, you will drive revenue growth from existing mid-market accounts by identifying upsell opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and leading contract renewals and commercial negotiations. You will work cross-functionally to solve user pain points and increase Stripe's share of wallet. This position requires working from the Chicago office three days per week.
Requirements
- 5+ years full sales cycle/closing experience with existing business accounts
- Ability to understand technical requirements and craft solutions across technology products
- Ability to perform quantitative analysis and manage pricing negotiations
- Strong operational acumen to manage and prioritize a book of 100 accounts
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Generate upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth in territory of 100 accounts
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue per user and retain customers
- Own full sales cycle from business case development to close
- Lead contract renewals and commercial negotiations
- Work cross-functionally to solve user pain points and improve product
