You will provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily tasks like bathing, eating, and ambulating, and document care accurately. This role matters because you help residents maintain independence and comfort in a supportive senior living community.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) certification in Ohio
• Pass state test and be on Nurse Aide Registry
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and transfer residents using proper technique

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care
