You will lead all operational and financial activities for a large property portfolio, directing a team to manage tenant relations, vendor contracts, budgets, and reporting. Your work ensures properties run efficiently, tenants are satisfied, and financial targets are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years relevant experience
• Commercial office, retail, or industrial property management experience required
• Real Estate License where mandatory
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of leases, contracts, financial instruments, and tax laws

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant needs and ensure building staff resolve problems promptly
• Direct vendor invoice payments and accounting activities
• Prepare monthly reports and annual operating budgets
• Coordinate lease administration and tenant move-ins/move-outs
• Lead, mentor, and recruit team members
