You'll join Tebi's growth engine, managing the full sales cycle for a connected restaurant management platform that serves thousands of cafes, bars, and restaurants across Europe. You'll drive revenue by closing new customers, while also refining sales tools and processes using data to help us scale smarter. Backed by €50M from top investors, this role blends deep sales expertise with product knowledge to solve complex hospitality problems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own opportunities from qualified lead to activation
• Conduct structured discovery calls to identify prospect goals
• Deliver standard and tailored product demos
• Execute commercial negotiations using approved pricing frameworks

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success
• Fluent in both English and German
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field
• Experience in SaaS/tech industry
