This role involves leading onsite construction for residential and commercial projects at Starbase, TX, with a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery. You'll manage field operations, subcontractors, and inspections to support SpaceX's space exploration infrastructure.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 3+ years of residential field engineering, construction supervision, or site superintendence experience
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Experience with field management software like Procore, PlanGrid, or Bluebeam
• Ability to work at heights up to 200 feet and lift 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Lead field construction of residential projects with strict quality and safety standards
• Manage site operations including material, equipment, and subcontractor scheduling
• Perform inspections to ensure construction quality and compliance
• Identify and resolve construction issues to maintain project timelines
• Conduct final walkthroughs and coordinate handover to facilities teams
