Description

You will perform maintenance duties at apartment communities, handling troubleshooting of HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs. This role is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining safe, functional living spaces.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• EPA Type II or Universal certification (preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
• Experience troubleshooting HVAC

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
• Perform general maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Respond to on-call emergency issues during nights/weekends
