Description
You'll drive adoption of the UNITY Fetal Risk Screen by selling to OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors in and around Greenville, NC. This is a field sales role where you'll manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with key opinion leaders, and execute strategic business plans to grow utilization in your territory.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of outside field sales experience in healthcare calling on providers in specified territory
- Demonstrated successful sales track record with strong selling, listening, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Effective time management with ability to assess and prioritize opportunities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented with strong interpersonal, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors
- Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
- Prospect, cultivate new business, and maintain key relationships in OBGYN, MFM, GC clinics, hospital systems, and FQHCs
- Create and implement a strategic business plan for rapid territory growth
- Manage full lifecycle of product sales including new business development and lead generation
