• Optimize Postgres and service layer for performance
• Own backend services for matching, payments, and operations
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems
• Manage infrastructure, CI/CD, and deploy pipelines

• Deep backend expertise in production systems and databases
• Pragmatic decision-making focused on impact
• Operationally minded with observability and on-call experience
• High ownership to tackle problems proactively
