You'll lead a field sales team to drive new business growth for Toast's restaurant technology in the Central Jersey Shore district. π― What You'll Do
- Hire, develop, motivate, and manage a quota-achieving sales team
- Coach team on discovery meetings, live demos, and solution crafting
- Enable team through walk-ins, prospecting, trade shows, and partnerships
- Utilize Salesforce to drive productivity and analyze conversion rates
π Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in a sourcing and/or closing role
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Proven track record of success
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, creative, and flexible
