Description
You will train clients on the Cloudbeds platform, tailoring it to their hospitality business needs, ensuring they gain complete understanding and confidence by the end of onboarding. You'll build strong client relationships, resolve inquiries, and collaborate with Sales to drive retention.
Requirements
- Over 1 year of hospitality experience (Front Desk or Revenue Manager)
- At least 2 years of relevant customer-facing experience
- Strong organizational and proactive skills
- Empathy and customer-focused communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects or accounts
Responsibilities
- Facilitate client onboarding, training, and support via video, phone, and email
- Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot escalated issues
- Partner with Sales to define success, demonstrate ROI, and drive retention
- Build strong client relationships to promote loyalty and product adoption
- Record activities in Salesforce and share feedback for product improvements
