You'll lead and inspire a team of 20+ shoppers in our Fulfillment Center in Hamm, ensuring smooth daily operations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, motivate and inspire a team of 20+ shoppers daily.
• Collaborate with other team leads and shift management to steer FC processes.
• Ensure all purchases leave the FC on time, safely, and with high quality.
• Propose and implement improvements to logistics processes.

📋 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in logistics, hospitality, gastronomy, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in team leadership or a similar role in logistics.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and occasional Saturdays.
