💼 About This Role

You'll design substation physical layouts and perform engineering calculations for high-voltage EPC projects. Your work will directly strengthen the power grid for utility, industrial, and renewable energy clients. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet industry codes and customer specifications.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Check conduit, grounding, and equipment vendor design packages.
• Perform grounding, conduit fill, and pulling tension calculations.
• Create and verify material lists for major and minor substation equipment.
• Coordinate with customers, project managers, and other engineering disciplines.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• Strong background in Microsoft Word, Mathcad, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, CDEGS, CYMCAP, or LitePro (preferred but not required).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CDEGS grounding software, CYMCAP, LitePro, FEAP.
• Familiarity with Southwire SAG/Ten, Alcoa, Vehicle Tracking, SAP-2000.
