You will handle customer inquiries about benefits plans and process medical/dental claims. This role is vital to ensuring our clients' employees receive the support they need, contributing to our mission of delivering an effective yet human benefits experience.

Requirements

  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Ability to work with diverse customers
  • Preferred: Life and Health license (or obtain within 180 days)
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Medical or call center experience a plus
