Description
You will handle customer inquiries about benefits plans and process medical/dental claims. This role is vital to ensuring our clients' employees receive the support they need, contributing to our mission of delivering an effective yet human benefits experience.
Requirements
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to work with diverse customers
- Preferred: Life and Health license (or obtain within 180 days)
- Prior customer service experience
- Medical or call center experience a plus
