Description

You will own project plans, timelines, and cross-team coordination to launch new courses and ensure smooth operations post-launch. You'll collaborate with Learning Experience, Sales, Product, Student Success, and Engineering teams to drive launches on time and strengthen the playbook for subsequent cohorts.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Program Management, Operations, or Enablement with launch ownership
• Strong project management instincts and mastery of tools like Asana
• Strategic communication skills to drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams
• Builder mindset comfortable with ambiguity and root cause reasoning

Responsibilities

• Build and manage end-to-end project plans for new course launches
• Own launch readiness and ensure systems, workflows, and handoffs are in place before go-live
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to flag risks and keep teams accountable
• Run recurring cross-functional check-ins to align on content updates, process fixes, and bug resolution
• Triage course feedback and coordinate curriculum updates between cohorts
