You will provide direct customer service to guests at the Shrine Expo Hall, assisting with directions, ticket scanning, coat check, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience during events.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude with superior customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods

Responsibilities

• Answer guest questions and direct them to venue areas
• Operate coat check rooms
• Scan tickets and administer wristbands
• Resolve guest complaints and monitor conduct
• Enforce venue policies and assist ADA patrons
