🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and refine evaluation approaches for clinical AI
• Run experiments and build prototypes
• Represent scientific approach in partner and customer engagements
• Produce high-quality scientific output like case studies and white papers

📋 Requirements

• MD with postgraduate clinical experience
• PhD demonstrating high-quality research with data analysis
• Ability to move between clinical reasoning and quantitative thinking

• Clinical fluency in German or French
• Experience with NLP, ML evaluation, or AI benchmarking
