You will work as a freelance AI trainer, collaborating with large language models to evaluate and improve their understanding of Czech language nuances such as grammar, syntax, and pragmatics. Your primary role is to challenge the models, document their errors, and provide feedback to enhance their performance.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Czech language, linguistics, or related field
• Expertise in Czech grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics
• Clear metacognitive communication skills
• Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or linguistic analysis projects preferred
• Must supply own secure computer and high-speed internet

Responsibilities

• Challenge advanced language models on Czech linguistics topics
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Document all failure modes to harden model reasoning
