💼 About This Role

You'll join our Video Engineering team to build and scale next-generation media infrastructure, tackling video codec optimization, AI-driven quality assessment, and high-performance streaming for millions of users globally. You'll define technical direction for video processing platforms, delivering reliable and scalable streaming experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and development of video processing and ad insertion software
• Architect solutions for quality, robustness, and scale handling massive video volumes
• Innovate and prototype emerging media technologies like AI-driven quality assessment
• Design algorithms for encoding efficiency augmentation with video intelligence

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in multimedia software development
• Expert proficiency in C++ or Java
• Deep understanding of video codec standards (H.264/AVC, HEVC, AV1)
• Experience with live streaming workflows and streaming protocols

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with open-source multimedia projects (ffmpeg, GStreamer)
• Experience with Machine Learning and GenAI systems for media processing
• MS or PhD in Computer Science or related field
