💼 About This Role

You'll own the post-sales ecosystem, optimizing PlanHat and Skilljar platforms. You'll work with the VP of Customer Success to define healthy customer profiles and ensure clean, integrated data. This role drives customer retention through automation and analytics.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Administer PlanHat, managing user roles and permissions.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows and Playbooks.
  • Design automated lifecycle email notifications and alerts.
  • Create executive-level dashboards tracking health and NRR.

📋 Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue or CS Operations in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on administration of PlanHat or comparable CS platform.
  • Hands-on administration of Skilljar or comparable LMS.
  • Experience managing complex data integrations and relational databases.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Gainsight, Totango, or ChurnZero.
  • Experience with Gainsight CE or Docebo.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills with RevOps and DataOps.
