You will help adults stay safe and independent at home by providing personal care, household support, and companionship following a written care plan. Your work directly improves clients' quality of life in a one-on-one setting.

Requirements

• Minimum one year professional home health or patient care experience
• Passion for caregiving and desire to help others
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
• Ability to travel to clients' homes
• Commitment to providing compassionate, excellent, and reliable care

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care)
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Assist with ambulation and transfers using mechanical lifting devices
• Provide medication reminders
