💼 About This Role
You'll act as a primary point of contact for customers on technical and functional matters, investigating incidents and restoring services. You'll collaborate with Development, Operations, and Security teams to ensure service reliability in a FinTech environment. This hybrid role in Pisa offers the chance to work with market-leading trading and workflow automation solutions.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and case management systems.
- Investigate incidents and communicate updates to customers.
- Lead service restoration activities after software or infrastructure failures.
- Perform application and system checks to proactively resolve issues.
📋 Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
- Effective English at B2 minimum and Italian.
