💼 About This Role

You'll act as a primary point of contact for customers on technical and functional matters, investigating incidents and restoring services. You'll collaborate with Development, Operations, and Security teams to ensure service reliability in a FinTech environment. This hybrid role in Pisa offers the chance to work with market-leading trading and workflow automation solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and case management systems.
  • Investigate incidents and communicate updates to customers.
  • Lead service restoration activities after software or infrastructure failures.
  • Perform application and system checks to proactively resolve issues.

📋 Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
  • Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Effective English at B2 minimum and Italian.
