💼 About This Role

You'll manage paid media campaigns for B2B clients, executing data-driven strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. Your core impact will be optimizing campaign performance and driving qualified leads through precise targeting and analysis. This role offers flexible remote work and a collaborative agency culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Execute data-driven media buying strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Audit and configure conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Manage and allocate media budgets, pacing daily and weekly spend.
  • Track KPIs such as CPA, CPL, and lead quality, and optimize campaigns.

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency in analytics and attribution tools like Google Analytics.
  • Deep understanding of bid strategies (CPA, ROAS, manual CPC) and Quality Score.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with HubSpot integration and CRM feedback loops.
  • Familiarity with B2B lead generation platforms like Clutch or G2.
  • Experience with programmatic display and TikTok ads.
