Description

You will drive end-to-end hiring across key business functions at Wing AI, playing a critical role in scaling internal teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand needs, build strong pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in recruitment
  • Proven experience handling high-volume hiring in fast-paced or startup environments
  • Strong sourcing expertise across multiple platforms
  • Experience recruiting for both non-technical and business roles
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems and recruitment analytics
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment across corporate, operational, and go-to-market roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach using advanced sourcing techniques
  • Screen and assess candidates through structured interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and culture fit
  • Manage interview coordination, feedback consolidation, and hiring decisions efficiently
  • Drive offer management, including compensation alignment, negotiation, and closing candidates
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-volume and critical roles
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience across all touchpoints
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, funnel conversion, and source effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workforce planning and hiring forecasts
  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen Wing AI’s talent attraction strategy
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, contractor engagement guidelines, and local labor considerations
