You'll provide critical front-line support for Pico's managed infrastructure, monitoring and triaging incidents across network, platform, and connectivity domains. You'll be the primary technical authority in real-time incident management, bridging frontline operations with Level 2/Engineering teams. This role offers the opportunity to work with global capital markets clients and internal projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Monitor and respond to incoming events and incidents.
  • Prioritize and resolve client incidents within OLAs.
  • Triage network, systems, and application issues.
  • Act as primary technical authority during incidents.

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years in a customer-facing support role.
  • Strong Linux/Unix systems knowledge.
  • Experience with network packet analysis (Wireshark, tcpdump).
  • Understanding of TCP/IP stack and failure scenarios.
