πΌ About This Role
You'll provide critical front-line support for Pico's managed infrastructure, monitoring and triaging incidents across network, platform, and connectivity domains. You'll be the primary technical authority in real-time incident management, bridging frontline operations with Level 2/Engineering teams. This role offers the opportunity to work with global capital markets clients and internal projects.
π― What You'll Do
- Monitor and respond to incoming events and incidents.
- Prioritize and resolve client incidents within OLAs.
- Triage network, systems, and application issues.
- Act as primary technical authority during incidents.
π Requirements
- 7+ years in a customer-facing support role.
- Strong Linux/Unix systems knowledge.
- Experience with network packet analysis (Wireshark, tcpdump).
- Understanding of TCP/IP stack and failure scenarios.

- Telecommunications carrier experience.
- Financial industry support experience.
- ITIL certification.
