💼 About This Role

You'll join TwelveLabs' in-house recruiting team to build and manage a talent pipeline for ML/AI roles in Korea. Your sourcing will directly impact hiring success in a competitive market. This contract role offers renewal potential and the chance to shape talent strategy at a well-funded AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute targeted sourcing strategies for ML/AI roles using professional networks and academic channels.
• Build and update dynamic talent maps of the Korean ML/AI market.
• Plan and run community events like research dinners and tech talks.
• Manage candidate pipeline in CRM and ATS, tracking sourcing metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in tech or ML/AI roles
• Deep understanding of the Korean ML/AI talent market
• Experience with creative passive candidate sourcing
• Ability to conduct talent mapping and market insights
