🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and delivery of complex web initiatives end-to-end.
• Optimize user acquisition through improved browsing and login flows.
• Architect scalable frontend systems using React and Next.js.
• Improve Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse scores, and caching strategies.
• Define and implement A/B testing and progressive rollouts.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building modern, large-scale web applications.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Deep understanding of Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse optimization.
• Proven experience designing and running A/B tests.
• Experience with analytics, tracking, and telemetry systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with modern authentication (OAuth, Google One Tap, FedCM).
• Knowledge of technical SEO best practices.
• Experience with platforms like Datadog or similar error-monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms like Contentful.
