🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead CALSTART's strategic growth and programmatic impact across the Western Region
• Oversee regional offices and build presence in growth markets like Southeast and Texas
• Lead Business Development team to align regional priorities with organizational mission
• Develop deep familiarity with unique regulatory, infrastructure, and market conditions per region

📋 Requirements

• 15 or more years of relevant experience in transportation, clean energy, or related fields
• Strong relationships with California government agencies and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, public policy, business, or a related field
• Proven experience leading business development and regional growth

• Advanced degree in environmental science, public policy, business, or related field
• Familiarity with transportation markets in Southeast, Texas, or other emerging regions
