You will drive market penetration and build relationships with clinical partners in your local community to connect people to life-saving mental health treatment. This role involves developing go-to-market strategies, managing referrals, and representing Charlie Health in the field 4-5 days/week.

Requirements

• Based in Lexington, KY area
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Conduct field meetings with patients, parents, and providers 4-5 days/week
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
