💼 About This Role

You'll drive adoption of AI-powered journey management software for global Fortune 500 clients like Ford and Cisco. You'll own the full sales cycle, build executive relationships, and consistently exceed $260K–$280K OTE targets. This role offers pre-IPO equity and full remote flexibility across 27 countries.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and manage the entire sales lifecycle from pipeline to close
  • Articulate value proposition to C-level executives and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Marketing, SDR, Customer Success, and Enablement teams
  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

📋 Requirements

  • Track record of exceeding >$1M annual quotas
  • Experience in value-selling and strategic sales methodologies
  • Proven ability to close mid/high 6 figure deals
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders at large enterprise organizations

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to C-level execs virtually and in person
  • Navigated complex procurement processes
  • Familiarity with journey management or CX software
