You will own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles at Groupon's Prague hub, acting as a strategic advisor to engineering managers and building talent pipelines before requisitions open. Your work will directly shape the engineering growth of a global marketplace.

Requirements

• 7+ years full-cycle recruitment, 4+ years high-bar Tech Recruiting
• Fluency in English and cultural intelligence for global stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of Czech talent landscape and compensation benchmarks
• Technical literacy to interview Principal Engineers and Technical Directors
• Data-driven optimization mindset with ability to influence senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer for Prague Tech Hub
• Execute sophisticated strategies for technical leadership hires
• Maintain deep technical versatility across engineering, product, and data science
• Build talent pipelines proactively before requisitions open
• Act as strategic advisor to Engineering Managers on role scopes and interview structures
